IIRR proposed to organise Smart Rice Hackathon for 24 hours non-stop continuous software development on 9th and 10th February 2019 in view of National Science day on 28th Feb 2019.

Who can Apply

        B.E. / B. Tech students in teams (III and IV year) from local engineering colleges

        Each Team should have four students from the same college and one mentor

        Team can choose a mentor from the faculty of their own college or from other institutions

        There is no restriction on number of teams from the same college

        Team should be registered for submitting the abstract

        Registration number should be mentioned in your abstract

        A student can participate only in one team

        Five teams will be shortlisted to participate in the Hackathon

        Students should bring their own laptops loaded with the required softwares. IIRR will not provide any laptops or softwares. Transport Charges will not be provided by IIRR.

        Abstracts should contain problem statement, solution proposed, methodology (flowcharts/UML diagrams etc.) and software/hardware requirements

 

Cash prizes will be given for two winning teams (First prize- Rs. 20,000 and Second Prize- Rs. 10,000) and participation certificate will be given for all the participants of Hackathon

Announcement of shortlisted teams: 2nd February 2019

Smart Rice Hackathon : 9-10th February 2019
